A new development area away from the coast, with two very different products. The entry convinces on price; the location still has to grow.

Abu Dhabi’s most upmarket location, with low density. Steady rather than dynamic, and without a reliable yield figure.

A fully planned leisure island in the mid price range, with gross yields between 5.0 and 6.1 % per project.
