2. Accessing the website

When you access this site, the hosting provider automatically records server log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. The basis is the legitimate interest in operating the website securely and reliably.

The hosting provider is Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstraße 3b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany. Processing takes place on servers located in Germany.

3. Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties.

4. No cookies, no analytics

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and embeds no advertising networks. A consent banner is therefore not required.

5. Getting in touch

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, your details are processed in order to handle your enquiry. The basis is the initiation or performance of a contractual relationship, otherwise the legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.

WhatsApp: Using the WhatsApp link routes communication through a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. We have no influence over that processing; the provider's privacy terms apply. If you wish to avoid this, please use email or phone.

6. Contact form

If you use the contact form, your name, email address, the goal, time horizon and capital range you selected, your message and the wording of your consent are transmitted. Transmission runs through a script in the provider's Google Workspace account (Google Apps Script). The details are stored in a Google spreadsheet and forwarded by email to cp@scaled-realty.com. The service provider is Google.

7. Appointment booking

For booking a call, the site links to Calendly, a service of Calendly, LLC (USA). The booking page only opens when you click a booking button; no data is sent to Calendly before that. What you enter there — such as your name, email address and phone number — is processed by Calendly under its own privacy terms; Calendly's cookie settings apply on its site.

8. Your rights

You have the right at any time to

  • rectification of inaccurate data
  • erasure
  • restriction of processing
  • data portability
  • object to processing

What applies is the data protection law of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data). Complaints are handled by the UAE Data Office.
